Natalie has been practicing body work for over 24 years and has been living in the Macedon Ranges providing care for the local residents for the past 16 years. Natalie’s treatments are a unique combination of Remedial/Deep tissue massage therapy and energy balancing/clearing techniques. Her clients receive a physically therapeutic treatment, addressing musculoskeletal issues such as back, neck and shoulder pain, and she is also passionate about providing healing on an energetic level to bring feelings of peace and well being, relieving emotional stress and tension. She also has a personal interest in the principles of Chinese Medicine and uses acupressure and cupping, therefore her treatments are a combination of modalities and are catered to each individual and based on the needs of each client.

Natalie has also recently gained certification as a Rebirthing Breathwork facilitator. This healing modality is a guided, conscious breathing technique that can clear blocked energy in the body and expand our state of consciousness. Rebirthing Breathwork is heart centred and induces deep relaxation, oxygenating the body, alkalising the blood and regulating the nervous system. A session can bring about the energetic release of suppressed emotions, past trauma, and give deep insight into our higher consciousness.

After travelling around Australia for 5 years and working with many health professionals in various locations, including 5 Star resorts, Natalie decided to settle down and call the Macedon Ranges home. Creating the beautiful, brand new, purpose built space of Woodend Wellness in 2019 has been one of her many great achievements and has enabled her to have the perfect work life balance. Natalie loves to hike up the Mount on a regular basis, and enjoys yoga, painting and the pleasures of spending time with treasured family and friends.

Danielle Taranto is a Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner with many years experience as a health professional, including a background in clinical nursing. She is registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) and is a professional member of AACMA (Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association).

After discovering Traditional Chinese Medicine as a pathway to her own wellbeing, Danielle felt a strong calling to study Chinese medicine and completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture) at Endeavour College of Natural Health in Melbourne. She lives and practises locally in the Macedon Ranges, where she supports people through thoughtful, individualised care.

Danielle works with a wide range of health concerns, including chronic and long-term illness, musculoskeletal pain, stress and mental health conditions, gut health, inflammatory conditions, skin health including cosmetic acupuncture certification.

She has a special interest in women’s health across the lifespan including fertility, pregnancy and menopause care.

While her training includes a broad range of Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities, Danielle’s current focus is on acupuncture and Japanese moxibustion, supported where appropriate by dietary and supplemental guidance along with Chinese herbal medicine.

Japanese moxibustion is a gentle, precise form of heat therapy using warming herbs to support circulation, regulate the nervous system, strengthen vitality, and encourage the body’s natural healing processes. Danielle values this modality for its subtlety and depth, and for the way it supports people who may feel depleted, sensitive, or worn down by long-term illness.

One of Danielle’s greatest passions is supporting people who have lived with chronic or long-standing illness to rediscover hope, strength, and possibility.

She finds deep meaning in witnessing the transformation that can occur through consistent Chinese medicine treatment — when pain eases, energy returns, and people begin to reconnect with motivation, joy, and a sense of agency in their lives. For Danielle, healing is not only about symptom relief, but about helping people feel like themselves again, and supporting them as they step back into fuller, more vibrant lives.

Outside of clinical practice, Danielle spends time in nature and supports her own wellbeing through yoga, tai chi, and meditation and bushwalking. She believes strongly in the role of these practices in cultivating resilience, balance, and long-term health, and in gently sharing their benefits with those she treats.

Kimberly began her adventure into energy work at the age of 16, when she completed her first Reiki certification. She quickly realised there was far more to life than she had been led to believe, sparking a deep fascination with the energetic structure of our bodies, our planet, and the universe itself. Her curiosity led her to explore a wide range of healing modalities, eventually guiding her to kinesiology—her perfect match!

Now a certified Kinesiologist, Kimberly is dedicated to supporting others on their journey to holistic wellness. Her work blends the science of the body with the intelligence of energy and consciousness, offering a powerful, heart-led approach to healing and transformation.

Kinesiology is a gentle yet effective modality that uses muscle testing to identify imbalances in the body’s physical, emotional, and energetic systems. It helps uncover the root causes of stress, pain, fatigue, fears, or emotional blocks and supports the body in rebalancing itself naturally. Kimberly draws on a diverse toolkit of techniques during her sessions, including acupressure, accumulation points, injury recall patterns, emotional stress release, nutrition, essential oils, flower essences plus many more.

Kimberly has recently relocated to the Macedon Ranges and is enjoying the beautiful scenery, hiking trails and slower rhythm of life. Alongside her healing work, she runs a natural pet treat business with her family and spends much of her time surrounded by dogs—who, as it turns out, are also very receptive to the benefits of kinesiology!
